1. When ordering from Caramela Cakes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Caramela Cakes reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any future time

2. Cancelation Policy:

   1. For Custom email Orders: Cancelations with more than 2 weeks in advance from fulfillment will receive full refund. Any cancelations made with less than 2 weeks notice from fulfillment will receive no refund. Custom email Orders are defined as orders placed by email to info@caramelabyInes

   2. For Online Orders: Cancelations with more than 1 week in advance from fulfillment will receive full refund. Any cancelations made with less than 1 week notice from fulfillment will receive no refund. Online Orders are defined as orders placed in Caramela Cake’s online store under ‘Signature Cakes’ tab on Caramela Cakes’s website

3. Caramela Cakes reserves the right to refuse any orders. If order is refused we will attempt to notify customer by email, SMS or phone call within 48 hours from order confirmation. Order confirmation time is defines by the moment when order is paid in full

4. Caramela Cakes assumes no responsibility for and damages to the product after delivery or pick up are completed

5. Prices are subject to changes at any future time
